Once we have received your application form, we will work closely
with with you, to try and select candidate whom we feel meet your
needs, and will then fax, email or send their details over to
you.
We can then proceed to arrange a telephone interview, or if
they are already in the country (as many of our au pairs are)
we will organise a personal interview to allow you obtain as much
information as you need in order to reach a decision and make
a definite offer to one of our au pairs
Once an offer has been accepted we will guide you through the
remainder of the simple paperwork that will enable your au pair
to prepare to start their new role within your family. Many of
our au pairs are already London based, those who are not will
arrange their travel to the UK at this stage.
With a NHAP welcome pack provided to both the family and the
au pair, we are just a phone call away should there be any issues
that arise - remembering that flexibility and patience resolve
most issues.
After the placement start, should there be any problems we will
be on hand 7 days a week to help. We offer a support network to
our families and au pairs, with social events, and a welcome pack
to help you know what to expect from your au pair, and how you
can gain most from their stay with your family.
Further to this, and in accordance with our terms and conditions,
we offer to find a replacement au pair if the canditate whom we
have jointly chosen proves unsuitable for your family within the
first four weeks of the placement.
Again, our philosophy is simple, "a happy family will come back
to us", as well as telling friends and colleagues about our services,
so at NHAP we like to go the extra distance to make sure that
your au pair placement is as simple and fulfilling as it can be.
